I just learned firsthand in Hong Kong.

I boarded a plane exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected. Like many ambitious founders, I had been sprinting for months, thinking more productivity would equal more growth. Fifteen days later, I flew back clearer and more aligned than I've felt in years.

No notifications. No Slack messages. No LinkedIn updates.

And then something unexpected and profound happened:
